Livingston FC win place in the Premiership with a 1-0 win over Partick Thistle

21st May 2018

Livingston FC booked their place in the Scottish Premiership with a 1-0 win against Partick Thistle in the Premiership play-off final on Sunday.

It’s been twelve years since the West Lothian side played in the Premiership. They earned their return 3-1 on aggregate, leading 2-1 after a win in the first leg at Tony Macaroni arena on Thursday.

Keoghan Jacobs scored the winning goal at Firhill, before goalkeeper Neil Alexander saved a late penalty by Conor Sammon to cement the win, much to the delight of manager David Hopkins and the loyal Lions fans.

It was a fantastic end to FBT's first season as technical sponsors for the club, and we are delighted to be continuing our journey with the team as they return to the Premiership.
